Our Backyard Wedding Coordination and Setup Package Price all depends on the location and scope of work needed for each backyard wedding. Every backyard wedding is completely different and they are often much more labor intensive than a wedding at a traditional venue. We start by helping you choose the tent size, amount of tables, chairs and linens needed and work with you to get the best price from the local rental companies. We help you design your wedding day, over see the set up  of the tent, put all of the tables chairs in place and set up all of your décor. We coordinate your entire day from start to finish and usually start the day before with pre-set up and a rehearsal of your ceremony. We also coordinate everything with all of your other vendors and help you with any questions or assistance throughout the entire planning process. This package is a luxury backyard brides really need to help their day run smooth and so it will turn out as beautiful as a wedding at a traditional venue.

Partial Planning

For our Partial Planning Package we begin working with our clients as soon as we are hired to see how we can guide them through the wedding world. We have up to 5 onsite meetings, unlimited phone consultations, emails and texts. We help design your special day right along with you. We are extremely hands on no matter what package you choose just some brides need more assistance planning than others.

 

For Wedding Coordination we organization everything, set up of all décor for ceremony and reception spaces, coordination of all other wedding vendors and managing the wedding day timeline.

We coordinate on site for a total of 12-15 hours on the day of your event depending on the scope of work. 

 

Most couples need this combination of packages to help them plan and organize along the way. You will be so much more relaxed know that you have professionals onsite to make your day run smoothly.

Full-Service Planning

Our Full-Service Wedding Planning package is for the couple who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect and detail of their wedding day or weekend. Everything is included in this package from designing your wedding theme, sourcing décor, finding and booking your vendors, mailing invitations, rehearsal dinner coordination, unlimited meetings and vendor meetings. Every detail and aspect of your wedding is planned and coordinated down to the last detail. Everything in our Wedding Coordinator package is also included. This package includes a second planner on the wedding day so both the bride and groom have a planner to assist with their needs. We begin working with the wedding couple as soon as they book this package and are extremely hands on from day one until you leave for your honeymoon.
